Moorline is built around one unit, and it is not a ticket or a message.
It is a person who asked you something and does not yet have an answer.
One customer, one thing they need. It stays open until they have an answer, however many replies that takes.
You reproduce the bug, ship the fix, send the refund. The loop is still open, because the person who asked has not been told.
The only thing missing is the reply. Send it and the customer stops waiting, and only then do they leave your list.
No forwarding address. No migration. No new support identity. Moorline works alongside your existing mailbox and replies come from your own address.
Works withStripe
Connect Stripe and every conversation opens with the person’s billing history on it: what they pay, how long they have been a customer, what they were refunded.
