What’s new in Moorline

Every release of the Mac app, newest first. Moorline updates itself, so if you have it, you already have 1.1.1.

A small polish release on top of the 1.1 redesign.

Improved

  • Clearer wording across the app: the handled-but-not-told status, the cleared-queue message, Signet settings, the Signet migration sheet, attachment tooltips and the sign-in page you see in your browser now read as plain sentences.
  • Drafting a reply from notes with Apple Intelligence gets cleaner instructions, so drafts read more like something you would write yourself.

Moorline 1.1.0

Moorline has a new look. Every screen is redesigned around Harbor: brighter surfaces, one clear accent, and a queue you can read at a glance. There are also new ways to get through it faster.

New

  • Focus mode. Press ⇧⌘F or click Focus, and Moorline deals your Needs me queue one customer at a time. H marks it handled, R jumps into the reply, W parks it for four days, C closes it, and J skips. ⌘Z brings the last card back.
  • Command bar. ⌘K now opens on actions and the top of your queue before you type anything, then searches everything as you do.
  • The Logbook. Stats is now a dashboard: how fast you answer and whether that is improving, who is waiting on you, loops closed, volume in and out, when customers write, your tags and the people who write most. For one product or all of them, over 7, 30 or 90 days or all time.
  • Snippets. Saved replies one keystroke from the composer (⌘;). {name} becomes the customer’s first name. Edit them in Settings.
  • Undo on close. Closing a loop shows a toast with Undo for five seconds.

Redesigned

  • The sidebar shows today at a glance: what you closed against what you owe, the longest wait and anything overdue, plus a Products section that filters the queue from anywhere.
  • Each person in the queue is a card, with a ring around their avatar that shows how long they have waited. Hover a row to handle, park or close it without opening it.
  • Conversations open with the customer’s details, put a chapter heading between loops and group each side’s messages into bubbles.
  • A cleared queue gets a small harbour scene. Settings, onboarding, the send confirmation and the menu bar panel all share the new design.

Improved and fixed

  • When a reply’s greeting names someone other than the recipient, you can now send it anyway after reading the warning. Return still never waives it.
  • Replies from Outlook and Hotmail that arrived as a single text part with a Content-ID were stored as empty messages. They now show their text.
  • Long conversations scroll more smoothly, switching customers is faster, and Moorline uses less energy in the background.

Moorline is officially available: a native Mac workspace that keeps every customer visible until you have handled their request and replied.

  • Work from one clear list of open customer loops across Gmail and standard IMAP mailboxes.
  • Reply from your existing address, including attachments, without migrating or forwarding your inbox.
  • See the complete conversation and copy a message with all of its attachments in one action.
  • Connect products through Signet and show relevant Stripe billing context without storing Stripe credentials in Moorline.
  • Keep loops open while a message is sending, and only close them after the send succeeds.
  • Optionally close a loop automatically after a confirmed reply. This setting is off by default.
  • Use fast search, filters, keyboard shortcuts, statistics, backups and signed automatic updates.

Moorline checks for updates on its own and installs them when you say so. The update feed is signed, so a release can only come from here: appcast.xml.
